First step is sketches, client wanted champagne bottle for their icon, I decided to add some paper stuff, to make it more relative to their service:
After approving sketch I started doing some researches. Drawing glass is not easy task for me, so that part took some time. For researching I like to use photobanks, like dreamstime.com, istockphoto.com etc., I didn’t used these photos in work, I just looked on them for hours (hehe) to figure out how glass works :
And only then, I opened my graphic applications :) First in the row is Adobe Illustrator:
Then comes time for some magic in Adobe Photoshop:
And finally, we are done:
